A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Windows Vista Configuration (MCTS: Windows Vista) possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot network connectivity and application issues on Windows Vista. The MCTS will have at least one year of IT experience resolving network connectivity issues and working with desktop operating systems, security, and applications.

How to earn your MCTS: Windows Vista Configuration
MCTS candidates must pass one exam that focuses on one of the following: Supporting end users with network connectivity, security, application installation, and compatibility issues or Supporting end users with logon problems that include account issues and password resets.
