Password Protected PowerPoint Files Issues


Password protected PowerPoint files are not supported.

Password protected PowerPoint files are not supported. To workaround this issue, please remove any passwords from the file before uploading into the room. If you accidently upload a password protected file, please contact our Service Desk.

HP Virtual Room Installation


How do I install the HP Virtual Room System Tray?

To install the HP Virtual Rooms System Tray, you must remove the old tray software then install the new tray sofware. To do this, perform the following:

1. From your task bar, click on Start then Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Check if "HP Virtual Rooms" is listed.

4. Select "HP Virtual Rooms" and click on Change/Remove.

5. Confirm that you want to remove the program, then click OK.

6. Sign in to manage your HP Virtual Rooms account.

7. In the left navigation bar, under "My Account", select "Get HPVR Tray".

8. Follow the instructions given.

What is the HP Collaboration license?

The HP-HPVM license has been renamed to HP Collaboration. This license pool has the accounts, rooms and events as the previously named HP-HPVM license pool.
