Presently only these countries are participating in the certification program — US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Korea, and Malaysia.

Q: I have found a course in another country that is not available in mine — can I take it?

If the course is internet-based, you can take it from your desktop if you meet the hardware and software requirements. If the course is classroom (instructor-led) based, you will have to make travel and lodging arrangements to attend the class at the specified location.

Q: Can some of these classes be taught at my company’s local site?

Yes, HP education services delivers classes at customer sites by special arrangement. Please contact the phone number listed for HP education services in your local country.

Q: Is the IT Resource Center website compatible with my web browser?

It is with Netscape versions 3 and 4, and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer versions 3 and 4.

Q: Your website looks different. Did you recently change it?

The new look is a recent upgrade we have made. While we didn’t want to abandon our previous site design, we wanted to also incorporate our enterprise education consulting services, and our new certification program.
