Course Overview

The shared maintenance training program is a hands on course. The course focuses on the operation and interaction of the mechanical, electronic, fluid and substrate transport systems on the HP Indigo press. Participants will learn how to apply maintenance skills to resolve problems. This may include preventative and/or corrective actions, or via problem escalation through the Customer Support organization.

Audience
Qualified hp indigo digital press operators who will be required to perform service routines that include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.

Prerequisites
A person who meets requirements for the Shared Support course has a background of
  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on complex electromechanical devices.
  • Has experience using electronic test equipment.
  • Has successfully completed the operator training program for the hp indigo press ws4000.
  • Has a minimum of three months experience operating the hp indigo press ws4000.
